Change Meal Plan
    • How do I change my Meal Plan?
    • To change your current Meal Plan, navigate to the My Plan page. Under the current term you will see the option Change Plan. After selecting the Change Plan option you will be able to change your selection of Meal Plan. After making selecting the desired plan, click the Enroll button. Next, review the Meal Plan terms and conditions and check the box if you agree to those terms and conditions, then click the Proceed to Pay button. Select your desired method of payment on the next screen and complete the payment for your new plan.

Adding I Bucks
    • How do I add more I Bucks to my Meal Plan?
    • To add more I-Bucks to your meal plan, navigate to the My Plan page. Under the current term you will see the option Add I Bucks. After selecting the Add I-Bucks option you will be able to select the amount of I-Bucks you would like to add. After selecting the amount, you will need to select a payment method and complete payment for the additional I Bucks.

Cancellations
    • How do I cancel my Meal Plan?
    • To cancel your meal plan, navigate to the My Plan page. Under the current term you will see the option Cancel My Plan. After selecting the Cancel My Plan option you will need to select a reason for cancelling your plan and then click Confirm.

      If the cancellation link does not appear, the cancellation date has either passed or you are required to carry a plan. You can appeal to cancel by going to Housing and Dining Cancellations and Appeals and complete an Appeal Request form.

Miscellaneous
    • How do I check my I Bucks balance?
    • To check your I Bucks balance, navigate to the My Plan page. Under the current term you will see a value listed underneath the term name. The amount listed is your total remaining I Bucks balance.

      You can see all your CrimsonCard balances, including all your meal plan balances, on the CrimsonCard Accounts page.

    • I do not see I Bucks on the My Plan page.
    • Your I Bucks balance will not be displayed on the My Plan page until your Meal Plan is active. Once your plan is active your I Buck balance will be displayed on the My Plan page.

    • I don't see the Bursar as a payment option?
    • If you have not completed orientation, you may not be able to see the Bursar as a payment option. If you would like to use the Bursar to pay for your meal plan, please use the Contact Us page under the Support drop down menu.

    • I have a question that wasn't answered here.
    • If you have a further question which has not been answered by the FAQ page, please select the Contact Us page from the Support drop down menu.
